Edward Snowden supposedly stranded in Austria; BBC denies

After a week in flux in Russia seeking asylum, a new report has suggested that Edward Snowden may be on the same plane flying over Europe as Bolivian president Evo Morales. Fearing this, France and Portugal made an executive order for the plane to land before flying over their airspace, forcing them to land in Austria. Austria has NOT granted Edward Snowden asylum.

Although the BBC has reported that Snowden is not in Austria, Wikileaks tweeted the following cryptic message: “The reported actions of France, Portugal and Spain this night will live in infamy.” [Source]

Russia Today broke the news, but has yet to offer confirmation on Snowden’s whereabouts.
